實際上在法律上(shang)沒有規(gui)定(ding)勞務工(gong)可以轉正的條例(li),但是根據《勞動(dong)派遣(qian)(qian)暫行規(gui)定(ding)》,用(yong)工(gong)企業應當(dang)嚴格控制(zhi)派遣(qian)(qian)用(yong)工(gong)數量(liang),使(shi)用(yong)的被派遣(qian)(qian)勞動(dong)不可以超過其用工(gong)總量的10%。
